1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 32red ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("you", "user").

By accessing or using 32red's website, mobile version, or any related services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to follow these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to 32red's website and all services provided under it.
• "Account" refers to a user's registered account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer made by the platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the services at 32red:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to participate on the platform. 32red reserves the right to verify identity at the time of account creation and at any time thereafter. If it is found that a user is a minor, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Only

Each user may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended or closed and any associated bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, address, and mobile number — must be truthful and accurate. 32red reserves the right to close the account and void any winnings if false information is provided.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

32red offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and regular users. Each bonus has its own terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000 balance.
• ৳12,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus → total ৳17,000 balance (bonus will not exceed ৳5,000).

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Terms for Bonus Use

• A bonus is applicable only once and is non-transferable.
• The deposit balance must be used up before wagering with the bonus balance.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• If 32red suspects misuse of a bonus, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Each promotion may have a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled automatically upon expiry.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

32red is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the platform are operated by neutral, tested algorithms. If any user attempts to gain a technical advantage, use bots, or deceive the system in any way, it will be considered a violation of the fair play policy.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using automated betting software or bots.
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage through multiple accounts.
• Theft of another user's account information or unauthorized use.
• Attempting to intrude into the platform's systems.

5.3 Technical Errors

32red's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement is based on consistent activity and participation. 32red reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms at any time.

Specific terms related to cashback apply to each VIP offer and will always be published on the relevant promotions page.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

32red may suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

7.1 Closure by the Platform

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false identity or documents.
• Participation in fraudulent activities.
• Being identified as a minor.
• Order from a court or legal authority.

7.2 Closure Request by the User

Any user may request closure of their account by emailing [email protected]. The deposit balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned subject to applicable conditions being met.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. The definition of inactivity and the fee amount will be published in the relevant notice.

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and any related promotional terms together form the entire agreement between 32red and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements are superseded by this agreement.
